Earlybird Yoga - Levels 1 - 2
Early bird yoga is an ideal way to begin the transition from the inner
world of sleep and dreams to the challenging, active world in which
we live. Early morning yoga offers a unique opportunity for you to
“set your intention” for a more balanced, focused and peaceful day. .
LunchTime Yoga - Levels 1 - 2
Yoga practice geared to energize and envigorate your body, mind, and
spirit for the rest of the work day. Classes are designed to fit into
your lunch hour, and are geared to allow you to return to your place
of work refreshed and renewed.
All Levels Yoga - Levels 1 - 2
These classes will offer something
for everyone. Our teachers will instruct each pose from modified to
more demanding levels, and students are encouraged to find a level
that they can perform with ease. Beginning to intermediate level students
are welcome, as well as more advanced students.
Remember that Yoga is a progressive, non-competitive form of exercise!
