September Yoga Month at Yakima Yoga
Our “30 Days of Yoga” event is a means of practicing and sharing our love of yoga and also encouraging individuals who are interested in developing a personal, home yoga practice to commit to one month of daily yoga. Every day in September touches upon one aspect of yoga. The information is designed to include postures, meditation, and study or contemplation of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Dedicating as few as 5-10 minutes a day towards a yoga practice can positively impact your life. How to participate?
